Day of Coordinating

One meeting at the venue a month prior to discuss your layout ideas and set up. We will go over details for the creation of your timeline, as well as all the logistics of your wedding day.

Confirm contracts with all vendors one month prior to your wedding.

Coordination of the Wedding Rehearsal with the Bride, Groom & Wedding Party.

On-site coordination and supervision of ceremony and reception. This includes any and all set up of decoration prior to reception, direction of ceremony, on site or off site, directing guests, cuing bridal party, etc.

Point of contact for and coordination of all vendors on the wedding day.

Clean up of all gifts, cake knives, champagne glasses, etc. and have items ready for vendors, family, and friends, to load up and remove from venue.
